Need to request a refund?

I’m very sorry to hear you’ve decided one of my courses isn’t for you. But don’t worry, we’ll make it easy to get you your refund.

Let’s get you your money back (so long as you’re within the Refund Policy which is 14 days unless otherwise stated).

Step 1: Navigate to Billing

You’ll need to login to the site and access the Billing page from the Account Dropdown. 

From there, you can find the Invoice for the Product you want to request a refund for and click the date.

Step 2: View the Invoice you wish to be refunded for.

Once you click the Date you can view the information such as the card you purchased the course with (and where your refund will be sent!) and then scroll down to see the Refund section.

Step 3: Tell me what went wrong

Fill in the box with more information on how I could have changed your mind or what went wrong and then press ‘Request refund’.

I’ll get notified of the refund request and will process it as soon as possible.

You’ll receive an email as soon as the request has been processed (or if I need to follow up to get more information).
